About
![]()
CCR is pleased to provide users with MyStats, an easy-to-use web-based tool for monitoring machine utilization. MyStats allows individual users to monitor their resource utilization at CCR, including CPU cycles consumed, total jobs submitted, and disk storage, on any or all of CCR's compute platforms. Faculty members are able to track their group's utilization on a per user basis.
A role-based authentication scheme is used to display data in the format best suited to the end-user (for example, as a student, research group leader, department chair, dean, etc.). The interface provides a dashboard overview of resource consumption along with fine-grained control over the time period and resources that are displayed. The information is presented in easy to understand interactive charts, graphs, and tables.
In order to make it widely accessible to the UB community, your UBIT username and password is utilized for authentication. If you have any questions, please send email to ccr-help.
UBMoD on Sourceforge
UBMoD is the software that powers CCR's MyStats. CCR released UBMoD as an open source project which is freely available on sourceforge. To download and install UBMoD click here.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I login?
To login point your browser to: https://stats.ccr.buffalo.edu
Enter in your UBIT name and password at the login prompt (this is the same username/password you would use to check your UB webmail).
Where does the information come from?
The information is harvested from the PBS (TORQUE) accounting log files. The resource manager (TORQUE) logs various bits of information about each job throughout it's life cycle. Each night these log files are processed and the data is aggregated and stored in a database.
How often is the information updated?
The job stats are updated nightly and aggregate the data on a rolling week (last 7 days), month (last 30 days), and quarter (last 84 days). The web interface displays the information as of the previous day.
